According to an office survey by Savills, office space in Bristol is said to be showing signs of stability over the first half of 2009. Property Week report that the total amount of investment transactions have doubled, in relation to the same period in 2008.

International investment is said to be the root of the success. Speaking to Property Week, Andrew Main, head of investment at Savills Bristol, said: "Along with these overseas investors, we have also noted increased investor demand from property companies."
