Greater London office space report shows increase in lettings
Our latest officebroker.com report focuses on Greater London, and the region's performance over the first two quarters of 2009.
We found an increase in office space lettings in the second quarter of 2009 compared with the first. In fact, the results show that the second quarter was up by 8% - a significant result for the region and positive news for the office space and commercial property market.
