A business park in Aberdeen has recently agreed further office space lets, according to a report by Property Executive. The office space location in Westhill has reportedly secured new tenants Abermed, Anixter, Kongsberg Maritime and RigNet, who have all agreed licenses of between five and fifteen years.

A recent report by officebroker.com highlights Aberdeen's strong performance over 2009, even in light of the recession. This latest news of increased office space lets adds to the city's sustained popularity with businesses.

David MacLeod of property consultants FG Burnett, speaking to Property Executive, said that demand for office space in Aberdeen is strong, adding, "To have achieved so many deals within a few months of the official opening is no mean feat."
