An article by the Birmingham Post highlights that there is a shortage of BREEAM 'Excellent' standard offices in Birmingham, the UK's second city.
As a result, Carl Griffin of Folkes Holdings and Trigram Properties expects that the limited supply of such office properties "will become increasingly sought after by prospective occupiers". He adds, "Currently, there is just 367,500 sq ft of new build BREEAM 'Excellent' office space on the market in Birmingham."
Mr Griffin advised that companies considering moving offices over the next three to four years should act now or risk missing out.
Folkes Holdings and Trigram Properties is behind the Langley Point development. As a BREEAM 'Excellent' building, it represents excellent green standards and money-saving benefits thanks to its low running costs.
