Sale of London office property “biggest in the West End so far this year”
The recent sale of a commercial property featuring office space in London, Portman House, has been claimed - and previously tipped - by Property Week as "the biggest in the West End so far this year".
Land Securities is reported to have sold the property to Libyan Foreign Investment Company for £155m. The property, which comprises office space and retail plots, is located on Oxford Street in central London.
