Having reported yesterday about a new business park and office space development for Burnley, here at officebroker.com we've also learned about plans for another business park in the Lancashire region - this time at Heywood.

Located north of Manchester and sandwiched between Rochdale and Bury, this latest construction is one of many that's set to bring yet more growth, development and a potential 500 jobs to the north west.

As reported on TheBusinessDesk, Peel Holdings are managing the project. Richard Mawdsley, Peel Holdings development manager, said: "Our development will increase the industrial and distribution offer of the area and will attract new businesses, boosting the employment opportunities in Heywood."
