Construction of a business park near Burnley, in Lancashire, has been given the go-ahead by planning officials. Work will be undertaken by the Eshton Group, a property company based in Leeds.
The new development near Burnley will include office space, along with a convenience retail store, creche, hotel and an industrial unit.
According to propertyweek.com, James Chapman, managing director of Eshton, said: "This is a massive regeneration scheme for the Burnley region, which will have significant benefits for the local economy and community, especially in these challenging economic times."
