New Manchester office contract for South Yorkshire construction company

A Rotherham construction company, Horbury Group, is said to have secured a contract for a prime development of office space in Manchester, on the Piccadilly Place scheme.

The Piccadilly Place development is a mixed-use project, part of a £1.2 billion investment in the area which is due to be completed by 2010.

According to propertyexecutive.co.uk, Managing Director of the Horbury Group, Trevor Wragg, said: "Manchester is currently experiencing a huge regeneration, with a number of modern accommodation, office space and retail unit developments. The Piccadilly Place development in the city centre is a key project to transforming Manchester and we are thrilled to be involved in such a high profile project to add to our increasing portfolio of private sector schemes."
