A public affairs company, Lexington Communications, has recently chosen office space in Manchester as their second base, outside of their current office in London.
The expansion into Manchester is as a result of significant interest from the firm's existing clients, who also have projects and developments in the north.
Mr Boyfield, managing director of Lexington North, told TheBusinessDesk: "The response from the property world thus far has been very encouraging. We have a number of active projects and a healthy pipeline of new business for the coming months."
