Ahead of the London 2012 Olympic Games, the British Olympic Association and British Paralympic Association will share a head office in London, on Charlotte Street, from September 2009.

Although the two bodies will continue to operate as separate entities, they will be housed together in the same head quarters.

BOA chief executive Andy Hunt said: "This is about looking at the very best working practices and developing a more modern and dynamic culture. It makes perfect sense to share office space."
