Last week saw officebroker.com deliver the Life Cycle seminar in London, along with Ipitomi, Rio Designs and RJ Metis. Despite the unfortunate timing of a tube strike which impacted heavily on numbers, we were delighted to welcome a determined bunch, who turned up and contributed to discussions throughout the afternoon.

There were many topics of discussion throughout the afternoon, mostly focused on how to improve and maintain office space and working practices. The underlying theme was the credit crunch, and how businesses can make the most out of their office buildings without spending too much money.

Derek Dickinson from Rio Designs delivered useful tips on how to keep the office environment fresh - most notably by replacing or updating worn-out furniture, a simple notion that can help brighten the appearance of your office and boost employee’s morale.

Justin Harley from RJ Metis highlighted the benefits of CentreCharge - an affordable software solution which allows users to manage the lifecycle of a customer from enquiry right through to billing.

Chris Dumpleton from Ipitomi also presented during the afternoon, explaining how to make the most out of IT and Telecoms, now and in the future.

Overall the afternoon was a huge success, and we were delighted to take part in the event. We'll keep you posted on any future seminars that we take part in, and hope that next time the tube is running at full steam!
