An office building in London, previously owned by Invista Real Estate Investment Management, has been bought by a private investor for £7m.
According to propertyweek.com, the Finchley office is currently let to the Secretary of State and is occupied by Barnet County Court. The sale follows a successful lease renewal for a further ten years which was agreed in April.
