The market for office space in Reading is said to be looking up, according to a meeting of property experts that took place at Winnersh Triangle, a new business park and office development in Reading. They claim that businesses are looking to snap up commercial office space in the area, despite the recession. Testament to this, several deals and re-leasing agreements have recently been put through in Reading, which is evidence that the market is picking up.

In addition, much of the Winnersh Triangle development has already been pre-let to major companies. The park is set to be the most sustainable in the Thames Valley, producing less than half the carbon emissions of a standard office.
