As part of continued development on Mann Island, a new Liverpool office space development has recently been given the green light, after a 30-year lease was signed for the property. The development will see office space spanning 11 floors and 140,000 square feet upon its completion in 2011.

Managing director of Neptune Developments, Steve Parry, one of the developers of the Mann Island project, said: "Despite the current economic conditions the deal vindicates our commitment to developing buildings of the highest quality on the site and demonstrates that Liverpool is back on the property investment map."
