New lease of life for Chelsea office space

A property trading and development company, CPC Group, has recently been granted planning permission to transform a 1970's office space building on King's Road in Chelsea. The property is due to be re-developed to make way for 49 apartments, including three uber-posh penthouses.

CPC are reported to have bought the building back in March 2006. The apartment designs have been carried out by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and are being developed by CPC's Guernsey-based subsidiary Kings Fern.
