Following the recent fall-out of business centre provider MLS, many London office properties and centres have been taken over by other companies – most recently in the central London area.

Financial problems last year led to a high number of centre closures and a major reorganisation for business centre provider MLS. Many of their office buildings and centres have since been handed back to the respective landlord or taken over, with some tenants reportedly evicted by MLS earlier this year under a shortened notice period.

Other business centres and office properties that have been taken over from the troubled company can be found in areas of London, Watford, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Cheltenham, Sheffield and Manchester.
