Liverpool is set to gain over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space as part of an £80m city centre regeneration project. Based in the city centre location of St Paul's Square, this part of the development already has planning permission, and is now reported to have secured extra funding from the Northwest Development Agency.
The St Paul's Square development is the first phase of Liverpool's new Commercial Quarter Masterplan, which is centred on Old Hall Street and Pall Mall. The scheme aims to create around 1.6m sq ft of mixed-use office space.
