A new office space development on Canal Street in Nottingham is currently underway. The scheme will include around 55,000 sq ft of office space, apartments, a bar and bistro.

Started in 2007, work was slowed last year as the recession took its toll – but work is now back to full steam. So much so that a crane blocked part of Canal Street yesterday while construction workers were busily making up for lost time. No doubt this part of the job was scheduled in for a Sunday to avoid Monday morning chaos!

If work continues as expected, the development should be completed in early 2010.
