Kings Road
I have been leasing this seviced office for approx 1 month now and have been very impressed so far. Both Sheila and Penny, the reps and managers of the building have been very efficient and the service has been pretty much as they descibed it would be when we first went to see the premises. There are some very nice touches included with the deal such as the client pick-up/chauffeur service which always goes down well and impresses potential clients. The offices and toilets are always very cleana and tidy and, as independent financial advisers, I feel give the correct impression to my potential clients who come to visit us for advice. Car parking fscilities are great with a multi storey car park at the rear but the central location means there isnt too long a walk o the town centre's car parks anyway. Overall, an excellent serviced office offering that I would recommend to most small businesses.

ECC Berkshire House
After viewing 4 other properties we settled on this one. Their size, price, location and overall value was significantly better than other serviced office space we looked at for 8-10 people. Very flexible terms, decent location, AC/Parking etc. Not as many services as other properties, but superior value.
Best thing about this office: price and value
Worst thing about this office: limited services
