Fantastic Location
My company relocated to Mortec Park in April 2010 from a modern office development in Wakefield. The inclusive rent & service charge deal means that we have a much better idea of ongoing offfice running costs than ever in the past.
The development is in a beautiful yet convenient location and free car parking is a major benefit. With helpful on site management and the availabilty of a bookable Board Room facility, the unit suits us perfectly.

Excellent Service
We moved here in July 2011 and the whole experience was smooth and efficient due to the service provided by their staff. Nothing ever seems to be a problem. The board room facilities have been used on many occassions and it is an excellent atmospher to bring clients. The site offers considerable parking which is a welcome change to a city centre site. Excellent location for any business
My company rents one of the external offices at Mortec rather than the main house. The location is ideally situated between Leeds and York and access to the regional motorway network. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained making for an excellent environment in which to work. The staff are always very helpful.
