Professional, friendly staff
I always find Barbara, Suzanna & Katie to be professional but with a personal and friendly twist! As yet, any requests made of all 3 girls have been fulfilled and if they don't know the answer to a question, they endeavour to find out as soon as possible. Having worked in serviced offices previously, I feel the effort to ensure the smooth running of your office is considered to be their priority. In former situations it has seemed an inconvenience to make any additional requests. For all of the above reasons I would recommend this business centre at Colmore Plaza.

Colmore Plaza
Colmore Plaza provides a very high level of service in two respects: the impressive offices which our visitors see and comment upon, and the level of service which we ourselves receive from the team consisting of Barbara, Suzanna and Katie. As a new start-up business, our clients and visitors are impressed by the elegant interior of the Mezzanine floor - the sparkling black granite kitchen work surfaces which are always kept clean and tidy, the easy chairs in bold, primary colours, a generous choice of crisply folded newspapers available every day, the lush and well maintained pot plants and the meeting rooms with their elegant furnishings and all the accoutrements required for the meeting. The talking lifts and the soaring entrance lobby downstairs also help to build an impression of a very desirable place to work, before the visitor arrives on our floor. We ourselves benefit from the level of care offered by the team who look after us. Our requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently (e.g. when we were setting up, items of office furniture loaned to us arrived quickly), and meeting rooms are always made ready, sometimes at very short notice on our part. The demeanour and cheerful attitude of Barbara, Suzanna and Katie goes a very long way to helping us through our working day. They are always ready with a smile and a greeting and that means a lot to a busy new start-up.

Perfect location
The location is perfect, right at the end of Colmore Row just off the Colmore Circus Queensway in Birmingham. When entering the main doors for the building, the head reception is large, very light and airy due the glass walls, first impressions are good. They point you in the direction of the business centre which is on the mezzanine floor. There are a number of lifts to choose from so there is never going to be an issue of waiting around or broken down lifts!
When you get to the business centre, the serviced offices have a modern fresh and funky feel, the reception is colourful and welcoming. The building is generally quiet light and airy, with glass surrounds and doors. Due to the layout a lot of the offices are surrounding reception, and there’s a feel of hustle and bustle in the reception area. The majority of the offices are external with a relatively good view, there are no "bad" views of back alleys or anything alike. There are also a couple of internal offices.
As with the other centres around Colmore, Victoria Square and Temple Row parking can be an issue, they have spaces in underground parking and they keep a couple of spaces for guests - this is a good touch which the others don't have.

The building is so easy to find - just around the corner from Snowhill station. It's an impressive building and inside is no less prestigious - large open reception, welcoming and professional staff. The lifts are great, very modern and high-tech! On the business centre floor there is always a friendly face on reception, ready to show you around or help in any way. The centre is nicely decorated and everything has mod cons - from the plush break-out areas to the offices themselves, all of which are spacious and inviting with modern furniture (and very comfortable chairs). I logged onto the Wi-Fi connection which was also excellent. All-in-all a very nice centre with fantastic staff.
