Strategically located adjacent to Junction 7 of the M53, highly accessible from Chester and Liverpool as well as from Ellesmere Port itself. The site could not be in a better location for access onto the motorway with M53/M56 junction within a couple of miles. Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airport are both within a 45 minute drive and mainline rail services are available from Chester and Ellesmere Port railway stations. Pioneer House

Pioneer House is an ideal place for either an established or start up business. The office spaces are light, modern and have everything you'd need. All the facilities on site are first class.

Location is good, just off the M53 and there is plenty of (free) parking too.

I was able to book a viewing, review and sign a contract and then move in within 4 weeks. Telephones and an answering service are provided, as is a reception service if you need it.

The staff are excellent and I would recommend this office space to anyone.

Pioneer A Pleasure

Pioneer House is a superb business offic base for all levels of business`s with an ideal location to the motorway network, enabling colleagues, clients to access our services. Sian and her staff do a wonderful job in the day to day running of the facility and always welcome all users with a smile. Moving to the facilities here was made easy by all and the office space is neat and modern for all layouts. Shared with various business`s but all equally as polite as the staff. A+

Our Pioneer House Experience

There are many reasons why we chose Pioneer House for our start-up business, the first being its location to the motorway network, enabling our visitors from far and wide to be able to locate us easily. We also found Sian and her staff both approachable and helpful. Moving in was easy we just plugged in our computers and we were up and running. Our office is bright and airy with air conditioning should we ever have a heat wave! All in all our experience has been very positive.

Painless!

As a atart up business we viewed a number of locations in the area and without doubt the one that ticked all of the boxes was Pioneer House.

Modern clean offices, great loacation, fantastic facilities and wonderful satff. These were just some of the factors that contributed to the smooth running of the business in it's early stages. we have just renewed our lease and would recommend this centre to any business, new or old.

Ideal location for any small business

This is the perfect place for any start up or established small business. The facilities are excellent, with great offices, broadband connections, meeting rooms, kitchens and a "chill out" room. With a great reception area and telephone answering in your company name, the staff and facilities at Pioneer House take away all the hassles that would otherwise exist and enable you to focus on running your business.

A Great Choice

We relocated our business from Surrey to Cheshire in June 2011 and it immediately felt like home. Sian and Kelly have helped make the move seamless and made us feel completely welcome, with nothing being too much trouble.

The offices are excellent and in a great location, next to the motorway, making it very easier for visitors to find.

I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to work from, that enables you to feel part of a large network of companies and at the same time retain your individual identity.

Absolutely Ideal

For a start up or even an established business these office facilities are excellent. The reception and support staff couldn't be more helpful and the whole 'all-inclusive' package makes managing costs so very simple. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Value for a First Rate Service

Having previously worked in and visited a number of serviced offices Pioneer House is streets ahead of the competition. Whether it's the friendly attitude of the staff or the well stocked fridge or the first rate domestic staff there is a real family atmosphere here. We have had an office here for coming up to 2 years and have not looked back. Our clients find it very easy to visit as we are literally 1 minute drive from the M53.

Excellent for small businesses

This centre has provided us with exactly what we were looking for; a modern, clean, comfortable office with a professional telephone answering service, reliable broadband, free car parking and good location right by the M53. Semrec

I have worked in these office for 6 months now and just recently started working alone. I know when I need a little break away from the computer, I can walk out of my office and bump into other business owners for a quick chat. There is always someone on the reception desk to asssit with any requirements and the facilities are clean and tidy at all times. An added bonus is the free parking with lots of spaces available at all times for visitors etc. Best thing about this office: Friendly helpful staff.

Pioneer House

Having been contacted by Jen from Pioneer house I went along for a viewing. The office is great. Very well presented with loads of parking. The office spaces are well ventilated with equipment already in place. I have taken up a virtual office whilst my company is getting started but there wouldn't be any need to look elsewhere. Its fab. If you need an office...go have a look.

Friendly community

I have worked alone in these offices for nearly two years now and have found it to be a friendly community to work in. I have met many other people working for small business which has made me feel much less isolated. This has also created many networking opportunities which are vital for a small business. DBH staff are always helpful + friendly. Facilities are always clean and it is a nice place to welcome clients to. Plenty of free parking for myself + visiting clients and easy motorway access. Excellent security so i always feel safe when working alone, even at weekends + evenings.

A Good Move

Our UK sales team moved here in March 2010 renting a number of offices. Moving from only a mile away from our original location couldn't be better. The facilities are wonderful, can't fault them, modern, bright, clean. The centre staff very friendly and professional. Air conditioning - bliss !

Modern, clean and well organised, good prices, full package, great shared spaces, break out room, kitchen etc., also great meeting rooms and Board Rooms. Highly Recommended to anyone seeking a no fuss venue to set down and work.

Ideal solution for Training / Meetings / Working space

I have a young family and find working from home very distracting - I chose this venue because it was good value for money, located right on the M53, easy to find for delegates, clients and customers. Great venue for working quietly too !

A complete and polished choice

Having offices in Warrington and Ellesmere Port, I wasn't really looking for a change, but attending a meeting in the building made me realise how much BANG you got for your BUCK at Pioneer Point. Its not only the building that is special, but the team that make it the venue that it is. Clean and tidy, modern, professional, but informal and relaxed - bring guests or clients in, they can't fail to be impressed - all of my visitors have said so. For an SME like me, to create the right image is vital. If you're looking for a centre that delivers its promise, doesn't mess about, and looks after its tenants, clients and guests, don't mess about, just call here, do a deal and get moved in.

If you need offices join this place.

I needed a new office and the office's I had viewed was not upto sctrach, to which was ample parking, meeting rooms, etc. I viewed Pioneer house and after being showing round by the centre manager, i was sold. We have since taken out a 12 month contract as this place has everything, they even take your calls if you wish! I would recommend these offices to anyone who would like a friendly, and easy enviroment to which the staff at pioneer house make this.

Best thing about this office: Prime location,and business centre staff.

Worst thing about this office: Nothing as everything is offered and if not, they will go out there way to provide you with what you need.

Excellent facilities

The office space we viewed was almost perfect. The facilities provided were excellent. The only downside was that we wanted an open plan with 2 separate offices in the same space (partitioned with glass) but the separate indvidual offices are across the corridor.
