Leeds office
Firstly I thought the building was finished to a very high standard and had been well thought out. After meeting Bobby who was very professional and friendly, I was shown around the whole building, including several offices that may be suited to my company. It became apparent that there are various options available, to suit individual needs, along with additional services such as archiving, dry cleaning, meeting rooms etc that can be utilised. Overall an excellent building, 8 minutes walk to town. Perhaps remember to build in the cost of car parking, IT, telecom systems when working out your budget.

Brand new building
A brand new sustainable building in a good location, close to the station but far out enough to avoid the traffic. Fantastic alternative to the city centre.
Modern and very high-tech throughout with high-speed internet connection, telecomms and nice touches such as clients' logos on the office doors. Nice finish overall, there is a business lounge, good quality communal areas and on-site car parking. The building has its own café, everything is made fresh on the premises - even yoghurts!
