Helpful and professional

Cabot Chauffeurs have been a tenant here for several months and have found all the staff very helpful and professional. They were extremely helpful during our move from F20b to F1, which was seamless! We would recommend them to any business looking for a great working environment.

I count the management as friends

Building Health have been resident here for four years. We love the location with views of Royal Victoria Dock and the short walk to two DLR stations. Our company vans are safely locked up in the secure parking area and having lone workers here the 24 security is important to us.

The management here have never been anything other than supportive and ultra helpful - particularly last year when my business suffered badly in the recession offering all manner of extra free support. I count them as friends and they go well beyond what is expected at all times.

The building is clean and well maintained. It is secure and well lit. As a small business owner it is also very useful to meet other similar people and I have built up a network of colleagues who I have occasionally done business with but more importantly I always have a neighbour to ask advice, borrow teabags, and have a chat with! Being a small business owner can sometimes be a lonely job but not here in Waterfront Studios.

Professional and courteous

Tecfast Limited have been a tenant at this centre since June 2008, and during that time have always found all the staff at the centre to be professional and courteous.

In particular if something requires attention such as a light bulb or a heater, you only have to tell the front desk and it is dealt with within hours.

The front desk is also very helpful with deliveries from couriers and we have never had a mislaid or misidrected delivery.

Tecfast did comment a while back that the centre cleaning wasn't great at that moment and I must say that this comment was listened to, and within weeks a new cleaning company was appointed soon after, who do a very good job indeed.

The present Centre Manager Dan and his assistant Marta are the best team the centre has had, and are both always pleasant and helpful.

I would have no hesitation of recommending tenancy at this centre to any prospective clients.

The only negative comment I would make is that you have to pay your rent every month, still I suppose the centre is entitled to make a small profit...

Would happily recommend

This is a well known business centre which was recommended to us by officebroker.com. We are really happy with the building facilities which include: Excellent reception area and meeting room facilities. Onsite Management offering a professional and friendly service. Daily postal service. Well maintained Health and safety systems. Car parking spaces for Tenants and visitors. Complimentary Business Club for advice and networking. We would happily recommend Waterfront Studios to any business.
