Darlington

Darlington has been named as one of the top ten most popular commercial property locations in the UK, alongside the likes of London, Birmingham and Manchester. Daniel Baldwin, of officebroker.com, who carried out the research, attributed Darlington's popularity to its proximity to the A1 motorway and call centre culture.
