Helpful staff

Fantastic Location: Character building in a prominent position on a Georgian Square. My clients have been impressed by a very elegant location. All staff are very helpful and possess a positive outlook. Because of the personal touch my clients are often unaware that the business centre staff are not employed by my firm.

The right environment

The serviced office set up works well for us as we are able to gather all the team in one location close to the project work. Following a successful bid we need our team to be in and working within a few days and organising this for ourselves would take too long and too much management time, we need to be immediately focused on making the project happen.

The work space needed to be conducive to accomplish quality work and this office on St Pauls provided the right environment for our project team to maximise output.

A light, airy and calm space in a great location close to the town centre with great service from personable staff who want to make life as easy as possible for us. The Business Centre staff exceeded expectations on moving in day with a clear will to minimise disruption and assist in every possible way in a friendly, supportive manner.

The security of flexibility is key to our business, from the competitive approach to the availability of additional services and meeting rooms when needed.

Attentive staff, good services

We moved into a serviced office for flexibility and convenience. The Singtel project had to start quickly and the staff we wanted were in Birmingham, so serviced space was the obvious option. We all loved this office in St Paul's Square. It is a wonderful location, the staff are attentive and the services are good. It's a shame we have had to move on.

High quality service

The building makes a very favourable first impression, from the picturesque setting overlooking St Paul's Church to the stylish interiors and warm welcome in reception. Viewing and tenancy arrangements could not have been more straightforward. I was particularly impressed by the range of support services available at the business centre, the flexibility of staff and their efforts to understand client needs. Reception, concierge and business centre staff were always helpful, courteous and professional. There was an enjoyable and supportive atmosphere in the building, fostered through innovative networking opportunities such as client breakfasts in the 'Corporate Pod', regular newsletters and social activities. In dealing with telephone calls, greeting visitors and assisting with administration, the staff demonstrated an assured and insightful approach to high-quality service provision. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would have no hesitation in recommending a serviced office. A huge thank you to all those involved.

Warm and friendly

This centre wins by a mile, the warm friendly information and interested reception I received is indicative that the reception given to my potential clients is likely to be at least as warm. As a Trainer, how many times have I taught that first impressions count? I will choose a friendly welcome over the biggest building every time. I was made to feel very relaxed and at home immediately. On the basis of my findings and research today I have no hesitation in entrusting the vital role of "shop window" and office support for my business to this centre and their staff.

First-rate

We have used the company's Corporate Pod on a number of occasions to hold the workshops that we run on marketing for small businesses. We have found the venue, staff and service to be first-rate – they have been extremely flexible with our needs and done their utmost to make sure what we’ve needed has happened. We can't thank them enough and will continue to use them for workshops that we run in the future.

Fantastic support

A big thanks for supporting us from the beginning. We opened our headquarters within City Spirit's serviced offices in St. Paul's Square, Birmingham, and the support has been fantastic. We took on office space, which included instant telephone lines, broadband, reception staff, for one price. This was exactly what we needed in the earlier days so we knew where we would stand with our outgoings. The offices are very elegant too, giving us a professional image from the start.

Invaluable support

This was the ideal location as it provided access to high quality facilities in a great location with easy access to transport links. The staff at the business centre could not have been more helpful and are invaluable in support of staff who are continually between sites.

City Spirit

A wonderful building with a whole host of amenities (you have to take the tour as I'm not telling but they are very good)!!! The Business Centre Manager Amanda was an excellent host with the only downside being the availability of parking but overall a great building / office which we are seriously considering.
