Little Church Street
Having made enquiry with officebroker.com for office space in Rugby, Neil from Xolve Ltd called to introduce himself and the office on Little Church Street. Upon viewing it was clear that my requirements were met: clean, tidy, welcoming, ready to go. I wanted an all inclusive deal, paying a set monthly fee with WiFi, meeting room and office furniture all included, oh and a space to park my bike! Parking is not available but then it is a town centre office and that wasn't high on my agenda as I have invested in a new push bike! Overall thankful to officebroker.com for the introduction and happy to have met one of many business plan targets.

The office space viewed was compact but would suit one person comfortably. The toilet and kitchen facilities were modern and clean. No on site parking was available but within walking distance. Meeting room available for use. Landlord was helpful and welcoming.
Best thing about this office: Recent improvements carried out to a good standard
