Excellent spaces and customer service
Lichfield is an excellent location for a new business. The M6 Toll Road is just a few minutes away, and the city boasts two train stations less than 10 minutes away from The Friary. London is just over an hour away by train from Lichfield Trent Valley and Birmingham city centre 40 minutes from Lichfield City.
I recently toured a couple of offices here and am in the process of securing a small one to start a new not-for-profit company. The whole building is lovely - modern, bright and airy with lots of green space around it and Lichfield town centre just next door. There is a warm welcome from the reception staff as soon as you enter which is supplemented by the lovely cafe situated right next to the entrance and reception which also offers catering for meetings at knock down prices.
The offices themselves are bright and modern and contain everything that you could need. There is also an excellent meeting room, fully equipped with video conferencing facilities which is a real bonus. With 24/7 access, the office also comes with one secure, designated parking space but there is also a long stay public car park on site with all day parking for just £4 as well as three other car parks just a couple of minutes walk away.
The whole building is DDA compliant and has a lovely buzz about it. Guy Gibson the facilities manager was friendly, informative and has been extremely helpful throughout the process. If you are starting out or wanting to expand, I highly recommend paying The Friary a visit.
