dbs go the extra mile
This business centre, the offices within it and the grounds are very beautiful and well maintained and it is a pleasure to drive in each day to work. It makes a huge difference to have relaxing and pleasant surroundings and dbs is worlds away from modern business centres with their unattractive, purpose built facades surrounded by car parks. Little touches like flowers on reception and modern decor add to the feel that this place is a little bit more special than usual.
From the time that we came to look around the staff have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our requirements. We know who to go to, and who is responsible for each area and know that if we make a request everything will be done to try and accommodate us. We do not have a lot of spare time at the office but dbs go the extra mile to give clients as much support as possible and organise social events.
My colleague and I knew that this was the kind of place we wanted from the moment we came up the driveway on our first visit.

Very happy
I was given the responsibility of relocating our small team who at the time were located in Derby. One of the requirements given to me by HQ was that we had to move to a managed business centre. Having viewed 9 different offices in the East Midlands, I was immediately impressed with dbs. It is clear that a great deal of care has been taken to ensure that the client's experience is a good one. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, the buildings are decorated to a high standard and the grounds are maintained to an equally high standard. It was an easy decision to choose dbs as our new location and we have been delighted with it, having renewed our rental for a third year.
The range of services available to us more than meets our needs and exceeds those offered by other local business centres. dbs is constantly looking for ways not only of easing pressures on our working environment (we have used ordering services on furniture and stationary and found it to be cost effective and straight forward - handing all the detailed work over to dbs) but also helping with jobs that need to be done away from the office and use up valuable leisure time. Services such as home gardening, car valeting and dry cleaning are just a few offered to us.
Achilles is very happy with dbs and has no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic
My first experience of dbs was in 2002 when I was looking for office space with my employer. At the time we were in a city centre location with high costs and long term leases, expensive car parking and rush hour difficulties. We made the decision that we needed something that was a lot more client and employee friendly. Therefore our criteria dictated that we needed something in a great location, fantastic facilities and strong communication links across the Midlands, we also wanted somewhere with genuine character and a feel away from the norm. As soon as we had met the staff at dbs and seen the complex, it was an obvious choice to make.
Then having set up my own business in 2009, I knew what dbs could offer me. We were looking for a small office at first, but with the opportunity to upscale easily, we also needed access to meeting and conference facilities as well as the additional telephone answering service. The level of customer service at dbs is fantastic; the team are always extremely friendly and helpful. The compliments we have received from visiting clients are of the highest order.

Above and beyond the call of duty
The staff always go out of their way to help us. We hire a meeting room for a few hours each month in the evening and even though this is outside of office hours the staff go our of their way to ensure that everything is set up how we need it, and do not moan at all if they need to stay later to make sure that everything is ready for us.
They give us their personal telephone numbers for emergencies should we need them during the course of the evening, something which is above and beyond the call of duty. They always make the effort to encourage the staff from the different companies to socialise which is lovely. They always invite you for drinks and social events.
We really enjoy being at dbs - they deserve some recognition.

Extremely helpful staff
The staff at dbs are extremely helpful and friendly, they always make the effort to put on social events for clients, like the Easter Egg Hunt and the Christmas Party.
There are a large amount of service options available to us, for example accounts, marketing support, postage/courier, answer machine and car valeting.
The building is very modern having undergone a recent renovation in the main building.

Friendly and competent staff
dbs offers very competitive rates, some of the best in the area. The location itself is very accessible, with some of our staff coming to work from Nottingham, Derby, Leicestershire and other immediate environs, the location is perfect for both public and private transportation users.
The offices are off the road and offer decent free parking, it is a nice quiet location with minimal disturbances from passing vehicles. The layout of the offices is comfortable, with minimal interference from other clients, as well as ample facilities including kitchens, toilets etc.
dbs provide a fast and reliable telecommunications service with no interruptions. Our business is IT based, and we find the IT services here to be tremendously sufficient. Some of us have also been using the telephone redirection facilities within the company, so that has come in really useful.
The dbs staff are friendly and competent and do not hesitate to help when asked.
