Wellington House, Ibstock

The office accommodation is at the moment basic and largely unfinished. However it does have potential to become an attractive site with plenty of car parking and relatively low costs compared to fully service managed local competition. The location is not ideal if it is important to be close to the motorway (about 6 miles). Ibstock itself is not the most attractive setting for a prestige business so any prospective tenants should not have picturesque surroundings high on their list.
