Very Professional
We are a very professional organisation and wanted a location that reflected that, for both for our clients and also our staff. We needed a space that was more suited to our business needs yet did not compromise on quality. Hersham was ideal as it has the perfect mix of excellent facilities, people and product. Fasset Ltd provided an excellent service from beginning to end and so far everything has gone according to plan. The team are already onsite and the business is on track for a great start to 2012.

Great Offices
We had been looking for new premises for sometime and after an extensive search it became clear that Hersham Place presented us with a ‘not to be missed’ opportunity. I am sure that its combination of environment, facilities and flexibility will provide Channel Max with the office it needs for the business to thrive and grow in 2012.

Excellent
Much of our work is done using complex computer programmes and technology, so we needed a strong IT infrastructure and flexibility with the space. Hersham met with these requirements and we were pretty much up and running immediately. The location and facilities at the site are excellent, staff have no parking issues and as our business develops and expands we have the office space to accommodate this.

A great balance
Hersham strikes a great balance between exceptional facilities and a great location near the prime link roads in the area. Hersham delivers a business opportunity as well as a prime location where clients can visit; and staff are happy.

Hersham Place
The Academy provides a positive learning environment for children of all ages and abilities. We nurture their self-confidence, coordination, skills and gymnastic abilities and the response has been overwhelming. We wanted to take the next step up from running the business from home and it was great to come to Hersham where there is a ready made business community to network with. We have ambitious plans for developing new courses across more locations and with the Olympics round the corner we are backing sport all the way!

High standards
Hersham Place is a fantastic venue for our office, being so close to the major road network and Central London. We need easy access to our clients to ensure that doing business with us is as straight forward as possible. We work alongside many 'blue chip' industry leaders and need a facility which reflects the quality and high standards our business strives to achieve every day.

Great flexibility
As a global company providing hosted solutions delivered as a service over the Internet, we need office space to accommodate a fast evolving and highly mobile employee base. The total service package offered by Hersham Technology Park allows us to concentrate on our core expertise and benefit from the substantial infrastructure already in place, while offering an excellent work environment for our UK based employees. Proximity to Heathrow is a significant added bonus. Fasset were helpful and able to provide great flexibility in scoping out and delivering to our office space requirements as a bundled package. As we were previously based in the middle of the West End, we will also benefit from a substantial reduction in like-for-like costs.
