Location was good, space worked for us and now waiting to see it when not in refurb mode.

Impressive location and space and quite reasonable with regards to rent. However, first impressions on arrival were not great, and I wouldnt feel happy with our clients visting and being greeted in the way we were.

A must for businesses that are client facing

Located approximately 5 minutes walk from the Richmond tube station. This building is located in a fantastic enclosed square with cobbled floors, period buildings and fountains. One side of the square has a walk through that brings you directly onto the river bank with direct access to a few bars and restaurants. Very picturesque and a must for businesses that are client facing.
Inside the building it was a little tired, but this has obviously been noted as there is currently a full refurbishment going on that will completely modernise it yet still keep the period style features - chandeliers, tiled mosaic floors and big period paintings. The receptionist was very friendly. Whilst touring the floors I saw large meeting rooms with video screens etc. Two of the clients had set up their space themselves with their own colour schemes and furniture and this really worked well.
The offices were spacious for the level of workstations, they were very light and airy with high ceilings. When refurbished this will be premium space with a great location.

Good location by the river, overlooking the square and fountain. The building has a nice approach and the staff are very friendly. There are a variety of companies in the building, the offices are clean and modern and a good size with parking available. The main good points are the building itself, its location, the fresh modern interior, and good sized meeting rooms. It's around a 10-minute walk from the train station. Bit of useless information for you - the Matalan Christmas advert was shot from here!
