This business centre is in the town centre, next to a large shopping centre with M&S and a number of other outlets. You go under an archway and there are lots of industrial units, the offices are at the front of the building.
Jackie Houslop is the Centre Manager and has been with there for several years. As people move out of the units she has been splitting them to accommodate smaller requirements. She runs the whole place on her own apart from Mike who takes care of maintenance. Lots of parking - this is definitely not a problem!
Most obscure requirements they can handle - when I visited their clients comprised of a tattoo artist, sound studios for recording, a Church, and a pole dancing studio just coming on! At the time Jackie had only one space left on the office side which was a large road facing space which could take 30 people easily, with its own access and kitchen and toilet areas. They also have meeting rooms and a training area for any client wishing to take on this type of space.
Jackie is a lovely lady and works extremely hard - 12 hour days sometimes. Everyone knows her on site.
