Spacious offices
The property is based on the Humber Avenue, just outside the centre of Coventry. It is surrounded by a mixture of light industrial sites and residential housing. The business centre was once an old student housing block that has been redeveloped and now offers cost effective, flexible office space. Inside it's clean and tidy with spacious offices, 24 hour access and good security with key fobs to access the offices.
There is on-site parking for tenants and the office and meeting rooms are all furnished to a good standard. The owners have their own side of the building and offer IT support to tenants.
