Impressed
The offices are very light & airy. We were impressed that all the facilities regarding phones, internet etc were already set up.And that there is ample parking, a must when clients want to drop off books or come in for a meeting.The brochure and internet site about all facilities was a real help when we were looking for new premises as everything that you may require was listed even down to the charge for the cleaners! The reception ladies are very helpful, as there have been a few things that I did'nt know about that they have sorted out, and its always done there and then.
Best thing about this office: Very modern & security access is very good.
Worst thing about this office: Location!!

This business park has a wide selection of accomodation for primarily startup businesses ranging from small industrial/office units upto medium size open plan offices.
Best thing about this office: Plenty of parking spaces
Worst thing about this office: A far distance from Chelmsford station / town centre

Easy access, great flexible space
Located on the edge of Chelmsford town centre, it's well sign-posted and very easy to get to with lots of free parking.
They offer a range of options and a whole variety of flexible space including virtual offices, storage space and even shutter door units. The offices come in various sizes from two workstations right up to 1000 sq ft and clients can change their office size as required. I thought some of the corridors felt quite tight, other than that I couldn't find any negatives! They have good communal areas and shared kitchens, everything is clean and tidy and the staff are really friendly.
