Review by CPAU Office
The two main reasons which made us to search for an office specifically in the South Bank of the river were (A) the location of the office that is more accessible and convenient for the Company staff (B) the affordable rent comparing to our previous office lease which we have successfully cut down almost 1/3 of our overall cost or in other word the new location has been considered more time and cost effective for the company.
In terms of services provided we receive adequate and reliable support from the member of the team. The staff is more customer focused and friendly. The office provided is fully furnished with office equipments and it is tidy. In our previous location the tenant used to provide free coffee for everybody but we don’t have that service in here. The kitchen and toilet were very cleaned and tidy on that office while in here unfortunately it is not enough clean.
Before we decided to select our current office, we had a comprehensive research and critical analysis for about 4 months and after we collected enough information, visited many locations and closely studied south of the Thames River, we evaluate all the possible options and reach to a final conclusion to go for the current office which was our best choice.
Best thing about this office: great location and affordable rent
Worst thing about this office: didn't like the toilet and kitchen not as clean as its used to be
