Nothing short of exemplary
From the moment I came to view the office I detected an air of professionalism, yet it retained the warmth that is required when the receptionists are the first impression visitors have of your business. The staff here have been nothing short of exemplary and very accommodating - from the Centre Manager, her Assistant, the receptionists (I think you call them CSRs?), the maintenance chap, IT guy and also the contracted cleaners. As we often work late at night, the staff are understanding and leave us to our own devices (as we requested), but we know they are there when we need them. I'm trying to think of something to balance out this glowing report, but there really is no need as good service should be acknowledged, appreciated and rewarded.

Impressed by the professionalism
We have recently moved into this centre in Staines as we were very impressed by the professionalism of the environment upon our viewing. Moving in has also been a pleasure – all of the staff have been as helpful as possible and the environment really is as relaxed and comfortable yet professional as per our first viewing.

Staff are personable, courteous, and professional
This building is modern and clean, and their staff personable, courteous, and professional. This is most important as they are the first impression our new visitors have when they come to our office and I am very happy that they are our ambassadors in this respect. With regard to the services they provide, this centre take on board and respond very efficiently to our needs when requested (and are pro-active on many occasions too – eg if parcels are not picked up etc) to ensure we have what we need to run our business here. They are also good communicators which is great as you are kept in the loop with long running processes. Fairfield has rented offices here for 4 years and recently signed a contract for another 2, a testimonial in itself. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely satisfied
As a small business we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the centre staff. The reception team are always polite and willing to help in any way possible to ensure our day runs smoothly. Any problems are always ironed out quickly and efficiently. The support offered by Orega staff is exceptional. The premises is well managed, clean and tidy. The large cafe area provided offers a pleasant space to take a break and a large selection of newspapers, magazines and flat screen TV are available. Our kitchen has recently been updated to a very high standard. The centre provide a clean, bright comfortable and secure environment and are supported by an excellent team of staff.

High standard of service
For us it is very important that we portray a professional image whenever our clients call or visit us. We are always sure that the reception team will give our visitors a warm welcome, provide high standards of service and help us to run our business. We can count on them 100%!

Excellent team
I would like to recommend the Staines team as they are always very polite and friendly, but most importantly from our point of view always take in our bulky deliveries and let us know when these have arrived. And they always have a welcoming smile when we come in.

Impressed with the service

Great place to have an office
Coming from our previous office, the professional look and feel, and vibrant colours make this centre a great place to have an office! Office & Facilities: - Office very spacious and clean - Communal areas/cafe is great for breaks/informal meeting - New kitchen look great - Business and IT facilities suit all needs - This is an office where we would be happy to bring customers Centre Staff: - Very helpful and professional centre Staff - Very responsive to requests - Very visible doing day running of the centre which shows the centre is being kept well.

Bright & professional
I received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Good first impressions, the business centre is bright, colourful, clean and professional, with a new fitted kitchen on each floor.
There is a friendly buzz throughout and the space has been finished to a high standard, with quality office furniture and good break-out areas. They have dedicated underground parking, good security and lift access.
