Feedback on Grenville Court
Very unique, quirky building in lovely grounds. The prices ranged dramatically as the offices were all very different, majority with good natural daylight. The interior is dated. Comes with parking, but check how many spaces. Not furnished and no cleaner.

Common parts are cleaned but tenants are responsible for their own internal cleaning which enables effective cost control. The surroundings of this stunning property really are ten out of ten. You wouldn't know these Grade II listed office spaces, set in an open rural landscape, are so close to a lively trading estate!
There are a number of workspaces available on this site, and they're all flexible to suit clients' needs. Highly recommended for a unique working environment.
