Serviced Offices in Iconic Buildings

The Serviced Office Sector has grown from its origins in the 1980’s to become a worldwide, multi-million pound industry that continues to be an intrinsic part of the business community and a significant player in the commercial property market.

Those business centres offering serviced offices, of which there are believed to be in excess of 5345 worldwide, have become not only an important breeding ground for business start-ups and the SME sector, but also the locations for important satellite offices with larger corporate organisations.

In a reflection of their status serviced office providers have come to occupy some of the most prestigious locations and iconic buildings, lining up alongside some of the world’s largest companies and giving their tenants the opportunity to benefit from being in these prime business locations.

With this in mind we thought we would take a look at some of those iconic building offering serviced office space both here in the UK and around the world.

Another interesting article from officebroker.com. I was however surprised at the number 5345. I always thought that there were at least 8000 business centres in the world and 5000 in the USA alone. Can anyone confirm either number?
