Ideal Premesis
I chose Evans, Newark for my business premesis because of its flexibilty. Being a start-up business doing something completely different in Newark meant that there was a possibilty that my business could fail, and the last thing that i wanted was to be stuck in a tenancy agreement that i would still have to pay even if not trading. With Evans i am able to give 2 months notice and leave the premesis and the agreement.
Also Evans gave me the ideal premesis for my studio. The ceilings are high enough for the poles, there is no windows making it very private, i have free parking for my customers, i am able to play music quite loud without disturbing anyone and most of all it creates a professional image when my customers enter the site.
