Modern office with good facilities
We have rented an office in the LDTC for 5 years and can recommend the units. The building has good parking for tenants and visitors, and is probably the best office space in the area. The centre management is obliging and approachable which aids our business.

Full marks
If you're looking for reasonably priced meeting rooms then look no further than the Lancashire Digital Technology Centre. The centre staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks machines are available and the on-site cafe provides a quality menu to meet all your catering needs. I've been using this venue for nearly three years and they have a space for all occasions, including meetings, trainings and eventss/seminars in the lecture theatre.

Excellent Connectivity
We have been tenants at the Lancashire Digital Technology Centre since its foundation and as a technology based organisation we are very happy with the high data-rate access to the internet which is fundamental to our operation. The conferencing facilities and meeting rooms are of a good quality and we do not usually have booking availability issues. There is adequate car parking for tenants and visitors alike with a clean reception area and in addition, the centre’s staff are friendly and efficient.

Excellent
The centre was our number one choice when looking for new premises and we were delighted when an office became available to meet our needs. Excellent onsite facilities and a very well run centre.
