It’s now over 2 years since we moved into The Breeze. First of all, I’d like to say how transformational it was to our business to be able to have the flexibility to accommodate meetings, training events and seminars in such a professional, stylish and well equipped environment – and to be able to do so in a very cost effective way.
On the basis that you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, the meeting rooms and visitor areas in The Breeze tick all the boxes for us! Added bonuses such as the availability of Wi-Fi for meetings and the effortlessness of arranging catering services simply underline this.
The service from all the Claremont staff – from reception to IT support – is always excellent – enthusiastic, helpful and prompt – it’s been a real benefit to our business and the outward face we portray to our customers. It’s like they were part of our own team!
I would have no hesitation recommending locating in The Breeze to other businesses – it was certainly one of our better decisions! We look forward to a long and continuing relationship.

Daily Support and Service
Since taking occupancy in 2010 we have experienced an extremely high and satisfying managed service. The decision to move to the Breeze was not an easy one as there are a great number of competitive offices within the region all offering a similar environment.
I believe what sets The Breeze apart from all your competitors aside from the palatial surroundings, modern conference facilities, state of the art meetings rooms friendly and helpful staff, access to the motorway networks and nearby business community is the managed service you offer and the high level of professionalism and support we receive from your company.
The environment is perfect for all our Business needs and requirements and has enable our Global business to bring a high standard to our clients in the North West region. We are extremely happy with every aspect of our tenancy and can only see us requiring more offices space as we grow in the future.

Excellent
I have always received a brilliant service at The Breeze. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are always happy to help and they are very efficient. The facilities they provide are excellent for smaller or larger meetings. There is also excellent parking facilities.

Highly Recommended
Our time together as a management team is extremely valuable. The pace of work demands that we free up quality time away from our office space allowing us to breath and grow as a team.
The Breeze have offered us that environment providing high quality boardroom facilities supported by the highest level of service delivered by people with a real focus on the customer.
Our regular scheduled meetings at their facility have assisted greatly in the management group having the space to drive the long term direction of our business which is now providing us with tangible benefits.
We would highly recommend their facilities.
