Choosing DBH
I needed a smallish 2 person office and officebroker.com were great, fast and positive setting up several contacts and viewings very quickly. I looked at several and apart from the odd 1 or 2 all spaces were good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
I settled on DBH for many reasons. Mainly its location, very central, nice space, clean and tidy, nice big windows but the most important reason was rachel Coutts, The DBH Manager there. She was most helpful, friendly. She showed me around several offices and gave me time to choose and was most helpful throughout the process.
Once I was in she continued with her warmth and helpfulness. She is a great asset to DBH and I certainly have settled in well and I am most happy there.

Great large spacious offices in good central location. Great reception & management staff who go out of their way for us.

Fenwick Street
This company really impressed me asked what we wanted and made an effort to accommodate my brother in the best way they could with out him going through public areas. They had lovely staff also I felt very please when I came away that the understood exactly what we wanted.

Central building with parking
The location is good, an easy walk to James Street and Moorfields train stations. The building also has its own car park which is a bonus and quite rare in the city centre. The centre has recently been refurbished and is clean and tidy, the corridors feel a little narrow but the office space is large and spacious. They offer an all-in-one package which includes IT and comms which is a good option for clients, and the on-site team are great - really friendly and can help out with admin duties if required.

One floor of the property has recently been refurbed to a great spec, so the business centre now offers both budget and high-end space. The offices are in a great location with loads of city centre parking on site. They are flexible and offer a great range of options for clients.
