A purpose built serviced office centre established in 1989, and is two storey, red brick with a slated roof. There are 20 offices in total in the building, all of varying sizes. Decorated to a good standard, each office is let on a rolling monthly license, so you have no long term commitment.

Enterprise House
I visited Enterprise House on Tuesday with a view to renting office space there. There offices are fully serviced. Reception area is clean and tidy, the office I viewed was very clean and tidy with lots of light coming through the window. I viewed a small office which was more than adequate for one person. The owner was very friendly and informative. The office has free parking spaces and is within walking distance of the train station and the city centre
Best thing about this office: Very clean, lots of light and quite large for a 'one-person' office
Worst thing about this office: Paying per hot drink - could work out expensive coffee habit!
