Good space poor location
This office could offer the ideal location for a cmpany that is not client facing. However, for a company needing a polished image that possibly has clients visiting the office it falls short due to poor location and a shabby exterior.
Best thing about this office: The floor space was substantial and had good potential for remodelling
Worst thing about this office: External presentation of the building is poor
