Quality offices
NHS SECCPH have been based at The Atrium for three years and we've been pleased with both the level of service and the quality of the offices here. If there are any issues, such as a broken light, these are quickly resolved by the friendly staff.
Our staff work in comfortable offices that are well furnished and brightly lit, thanks to lots of natural daylight, and we all enjoy using the shared space in the centre of the building. The sofas in this area are great for relaxing with a good book at lunchtime and also for informal meetings.
Outside is a lovely garden with seating for summertime lunches and the building is only short walk from Dorking town centre so staff are able to easily pop to the shops.

Tenants for five years
We have been tenants at the Atrium for five years and see the benefits of being a tenant as follows:
1. The friendly staff always have time to help with any problems
2. The facilities such as the cafe and garden are extremely user friendly and not the sort of facilities you would expect from a building of this size.
3. Free tea, coffee, milk is available in the kitchens with use of mugs, glasses etc.
4. If anything goes wrong in the building it is immediately repaired and the state of the building is tip top.
5. The air conditioning is a bonus in the summer and the heating keeps us warm in the winter.
6. The facilities are extremely modern and clean.
We have recommended the building to three or four clients and contacts that have all become tenants and enjoyed their stay in the building.

Very pleasant
When we did the search of potential properties I brought my boss on a site visit to the two sites at the top of my list. As we approached this site along Curtis Road I could see that he was contemplating whether I have lost my marbles. Once in the building his face changed.
We have now been in The Atrium for 3 months. I am happy to state that we find the site very pleasant. David and his staff try hard to make us feel welcome. The Friday BBQ's are a good networking opportunity. The food from Pepe is good. In short it is a very pleasant experience to work in the building.
We have encountered some problems, but David seems to work out a good solution every time. When I wanted to rent a meeting room for our visiting General Manager he advised me that a dedicated room would be much cheaper. When we wanted to purchase dedicated bandwidth he proposed that we first test it on a ring fenced portion of their bandwidth before we enter into a long term contract.
One of the free benefits of being in the building is the route to Dorking. It is truly a beautiful route, wherever you are coming from. On the other hand the distance from the rail station is a potential problem, but we found that the taxi fare is reasonable, provided that a few staff members travel together.
I believe we would not easily have made a better decision than moving here.
