I viewed this property yesterday and was very impressed with the characterful building with loads of eco friendly features e.g underfloor heating. It is found in a peaceful rural setting at the end of a long single track driveway, with plenty of parking. The unit I viewed had good IT coverage and although the furniture was not included could be negotiated separately.
All in all an excellent work environment.

Impressive
Overall I was very impressed with the set up, the whole estate is family owned and it's very 'green' with credentials such as rainwater harvesting. The buildings and the interior space have been renovated and it's all of a superb quality.
It's about 20 minutes outside of Oxford centre, near Bicester. The estate overlooks green belt land and it's very popular with clients who tend to stay for the long-term. The location is great for logistics, just off the M40, and there is extensive on-site car parking.
