Amazing views
This is the former stock exchange building. Really stunning - the building and office suites are contemporary, and space is situated over two floors. There is a modern reception area, kitchen facilities, break out areas, on-site cafe and a modern roof terrace. There are interview rooms and a boardroom available, and on-site car parking. It has been finished to a really high standard. The decor and furniture is all design-led and great views throughout. The available space can be split. It's really impressive throughout, an all-round amazing space. I want to live there!!
Consultant Kirsty Lees has also visited this space. She says:
This building is easily as smart as the Gherkin. Superb space - corporate, modern, smart space for high-end clients. Impressive reception area, it has what I call 'infinity ceilings' in the reception, and it's very secure (they take a picture of you). Space is spread over 2 floors in the building - amazing views from the offices of the City!
The level of fit out is extremely good - they have even been in Magazines. It has a contemporary, modern feel to it - very design-led and perfect for Banks, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Stock Brokers etc. The furniture is bright, off-white and the carpets are light - which makes everywhere feel bright and airy. Good break out areas. Generous sized office spaces - not cramped or small. They have larger offices but things can be split down to create smaller offices. It doesn’t feel serviced and clients can have their own branding.
