Excellent staff & flexible service
The staff at DBS are excellent, both management and front of house tend to my needs and requirements expertly, efficiently and with a smile! Even the housekeeper is an extremely helpful lady who will always give you her time – therefore the centre's customer service I would consider to be absolutely top notch.
The business we are involved in unfortunately means we have very unsociable hours, but DBS managed to fit in a refurb decoration of our office outside of our working hours, in order not to impact our business – their flexibility in this area was greatly appreciated.
Due to the nature of our business we also meet with several people on a daily and weekly basis and parking had been an issue in the past, as there were limited spaces at DBS. DBS took this on board and built a new car park, not necessarily just for us, but I'm sure our feedback helped them form part of their decision.
DBS also allow us to hold informal meetings in their new 'bistro area', which was designed for people to use when having their breaks and lunch. However they are more than happy to allow us to commandeer this area to hold our meetings, which again proves their flexibility.
Even small things like organizing fresh coffee for both us and our clients, installing a mini fridge with snacks – again at request – are all things that emphasize the staff and centre's service.
I would warmly recommend their services to any business seeking to work in a managed office environment.

dbs Glenfield
As Teaching Personnel Leicester branch has been here for several years, then when it came setting up an office for the Coventry area there was no hesitation that it would be at dbs Glenfield. Setting up a new office can be very stressful but the staff ensured that it all went smoothly, so we could move straight in and get to work. Any issues that we have raised have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
A lot of work and effort has gone in to 'freshening up' the building, which has enhanced the already lovely environment. The excellent facilities cater for all needs, with dbs listening to the feedback from clients and putting things into place, for example additional car parking spaces and a lunchtime catering van that comes round daily.
Nicky and Emma go that extra mile for the clients and are a friendly and helpful team. They have helped me with getting presentations ready at the drop of the hat in urgent situations and arranging fun events like an Easter Egg Hunt with prizes for who collects the most eggs and doing a sweepstake for the Grand National and World Cup. When England was playing, a room was set up so clients could watch the game with nibbles and drinks provided.
Its things like these that make dbs stand out from other business centres.

Standard Life review
The centre has recently undergone a refurbishment, which has enhanced the already pleasant working environment. Extra facilities of a bistro area and car park extension are welcome additions to the centre, as informal meetings can be held in the bistro rather than our office.
Recently we booked the conference room for an important meeting, where we requested refreshments and lunch being served. We were most impressed that dbs were able to match our budget and the service and room were both excellent!
The staff are always welcoming and as we tend to be in and out of the office most days, then Emma & Nicky are happy to let non key holders Standard Life staff from other areas in to our office whilst we are out.
The centre and surrounding gardens are well maintained, clean & tidy as are the premises, which Pauline the housekeeper does a great job of maintaining and with always a smile on her face!
All in all, the centre is run professionally, but with the warmth and friendliness that makes it a pleasure to work in.

Aucotec review
Everyone here at the center makes the day to day running of a business so much easier, by looking after all those stresses associated with keeping an office. Nicky, the Centre Manager is hardworking, friendly and approachable as is Emma, the Business Centre Co-ordinator who also always has a welcoming smile on her face. Pauline, the business centre’s housekeeper is consistently thorough when it comes to keeping my office clean and tidy.
As I work by myself, then the events dbs organise are a great way of meeting other people who work in the business centre. The Easter Egg Hunt is always fun and having a glass of mulled wine with a mince pie is a nice way to start Christmas off!
I recently used their meeting room facilities for the first time. Emma organised the refreshments & buffet lunch for me and served them when I requested, without disrupting my meeting. It is a service I will definitely use again.
The upgrade of facilities to include a bistro area is excellent for either holding informal meetings or just to have a break from my office.
The team look after there clients by providing a service catered for each individual company.

Facilities are ideal
Having been based at dbs for almost 4 years, I still cannot recall any occasion where I feel that I have been dissatisfied with either the premises or the staff.
The location is superb; with the peace and quiet that I wouldn't find if I was based in the city centre and the free parking is a bonus. There are plenty of parking spaces and I never have trouble parking at any time of the day.
The facilities are ideal with everything from stationery ordering to car valeting, which comes in very handy for me as I can get on with my daily duties with no interruption.
During the last 6 months, there has been a refurbishment to the main areas of the building, which has not only enhanced the overall look but also created extra areas for clients, like the bistro area and seating area in the main hallway, which comes in useful for my visitors.
Nicky (centre manager) and Emma (centre co-coordinator) are always both very professional in their daily duties to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Despite how busy they are, they always find the time to ask how things are with me and my family and their friendly attitude is one of the reasons why I am happy to stay at dbs for the considerable future.

Everything under one roof
There have been several changes to the business since the company first came to dbs, which has resulted in changing offices on more than one occasion. Nicky (Centre Manager) has been more than helpful with advising of different options and making sure that the move goes smoothly, arranging the telephone lines to be moved and furniture removal.
When I am out of the office I transfer the phone lines to Emma on reception and know that any calls will be answered in a professional and friendly manner, with messages forwarded on to me via email.
The support facilities are second to none. Through Emma I am able to order stationery, send out my daily post and arrange courier services (she has even labelled boxes for me when I haven’t been in the office). Any IT enquiries are dealt with quickly with their IT consultant.
With being a 'one woman band', to have everything under one roof means that I can get on my job without being distracted.

Tour review
A stunning building and gardens, very strong initial impression. Also the first offices to offer a coffee that day! Very nice and helpful management, full information diclosed throughout. Good options for parking. Possible negatives are being a few miles out of the centre and also an increased price due to the high quality of the premises.
