Kestrel Court

Conveniently located, very well presented, excellent support network and friendly Pure Office management. We should have made the move years ago!

Meeting Rooms

Having used many different venues for meetings I was very pleased to find out about the meeting facilities at Kestrel Court. The reception staff are efficient, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are pleasantly decorated and well furnished with the usual meeting room facilities included. The refreshments are always delivered on time and the food is excellent. The overall service is professional and I would highly recommend them to colleagues.

Highly recommended

We frequently use the meeting rooms for both internal weekly/monthly conferences and also external gatherings, when we have client visits. The rooms are ideal for seminar requirements, offering a modern environment which is professional, clean and relaxed.

This private meeting space is essential when you work in an open plan environment as ourselves. The meeting rooms successfully create comfortable conditions in which to have business discussions and the ease of booking just adds to the convenience of use.

Overall we would highly recommend these meeting rooms for both residents of Pure Offices and also people who are simply looking for a friendly and professional environment in which to hold a conference or seminar.

Excellent experience

During July 2011 I began searching for some reasonably priced office space as the logistical problems of running my small training company from home were beginning to become more evident by the day.

After a brief surf of the net, I contacted officebroker.com who's online search facility proved invaluable in helping me find local offices. An advert for serviced offices at Kestrel Court in Gloucester caught my eye as it was modern, excellent access and parking and had communal meeting areas. I thought that these offices would give my small company a real image boost when inviting clients to meetings or conducting training sessions in the purpose built rooms.

I submitted my enquiry and I was contacted within 24 hours by Steve Preston from Kestrel Court. Steve took time to listen to my requirements and confirmed the details and prices of offices available. Unfortunately, at the time, I was not in a position to afford the offices available. Steve then explained to me the idea of a "virtual office" which would provide me with all of the benefits of the building including use of the address, a mail box, dedicated phone line, free use of communal areas for meetings, kitchen facilities, use of photocopier, fax machine and discount on the use of conference facilities, at an incredible price! I thought this was an excellent idea and the ideal way of taking my company a step further.

The process of signing up to the virtual office was made very easy indeed by the office administrator, Trudi Chilman. Trudi contacted me very quickly and clearly explained the options open to me. The flexibility of contract terms means that you do not need to sign up for a year or more which, in these uncertain times, is a real bonus. All that is required is a deposit (refundable) and one month's rent in advance for a minimum of three months.

My first impression of Kestrel Court when I visited was a very modern, clean, professional set up with friendly and very helpful staff. My whole experience since making my first enquiry has been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this centre to any business owner. Thank you.
